Long Hollow Mission Trip Participant Covenant

Please read each statement below carefully. By checking the box at the end, you agree to all of them.

I agree to maintain a Christian lifestyle of moral purity.
I agree to abstain from consuming alcohol and abusing drugs while on mission.
I will attend all team meetings and training sessions.
I will meet all deadlines given to me by my trip leader.
I agree to support my trip leader, the missions staff, and the church.
I will respect and obey those who have been given authority over me at all times on mission.
I will be an encourager to my fellow teammates and leaders.
I understand I cannot travel to another destination from my current destination or stay longer at my current destination. I understand it is imperative to team unity, liability reason, and consideration of our partners, that everyone travels together on one itinerary. (For example, using your own airline points to fly to the trip location.)
I understand that I must be an adaptable guest in the area I'm visiting. I will respect and follow the traditions of the local leaders and natives. For example, if the way I dress offends them, I will change.
I agree to have a servant's heart at all times. I recognize that the needs and priorities of those I go to serve are more important than my own.
I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $500 for international trips or $250 for domestic trips is due by the time registration closes.
I understand that I am responsible for the cost of the airline ticket (if applicable) after they have been purchased, even if I am unable to go.
I agree to have my total trip cost paid before departure.
I have disclosed all medical issues/history that could affect my participation in this trip.
I have truthfully completed this application.
