Life Group Leader Onboarding
There's something powerful that happens when God's people gather—when we open our lives to one another, grow together, and point each other toward Jesus. As a Life Group leader, you will get to be part of that. You're creating space where authentic community forms, where people don't just learn about Jesus but actually follow Him together and help others do the same.
The Life Group's Pastor will go through a printed version of this Life Group Leader Guide with you, but you can look through this for reference before your meeting.
