Description
Course Description: This course is designed to help leaders understand, shape, and steward healthy organizational culture with intentionality. Based on Jenni Catron’s LeadCulture Framework, the class views culture as the collective identity of a team: how people work together to accomplish the mission God has entrusted to them. Through a combination of live virtual sessions with Jenni Catron, video teaching, facilitated discussion, and hands-on workshop environments, participants will learn how to move culture from an undefined or reactive reality into an intentional leadership operating system.
